What is Pass Guarantee?
It is a version of the Solution Software Test where additional one-on-one guidance is provided by VeriTest for partners to pass the test. If partners comply with all the guidance they receive from VeriTest, VeriTest will work with them until the solution passes the Solution Software Test. Therefore it is a guarantee to avoid a Fail report in which case partners would normally need to pay an additional Re-Test fee to attempt the test again. The fee of the Pass Guarantee program includes the Solution Software Test and Certified for Microsoft Dynamics.

Notes
- Interface Language: The Pass Guarantee Fee listed above covers testing of applications with a user interface in any language supported by Microsoft Dynamics products, on the condition that installation instructions are provided in English. A surcharge may apply for software solutions with extensive documentation that is not available in English.
- Re-Tests: VeriTest will waive any Re-Test fees for products for which it completed Pass Guarantee, if VeriTest missed the fail issue during Pass Guarantee. This excludes issues that were identified by VeriTest in the Pass Guarantee report, but not corrected in the build submitted for the full test, as well as new issues introduced in the new build.
